CDOE, JU Marks Academic Milestone as First CBCS M.A. Education Batch Passes Out

JAMMU, JUNE 3: The Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), University of Jammu, organized a mark sheet distribution ceremony for the first graduating batch of the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) M.A. Education Programme, marking a significant academic milestone for the institution.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Director, CDOE, Prof. Pankaj Srivastava congratulated the students on successfully completing the programme and extended his best wishes for their future endeavours. He reiterated the Centre’s commitment to academic excellence and continuous development, emphasizing the pivotal role of education in shaping society. He also encouraged the students to effectively utilize their knowledge, skills and values in both their professional and personal lives.

 

The programme was coordinated by Dr. Anuradha Goswami, who described the occasion as a landmark achievement in the academic journey of both the students and the Centre. She highlighted that this was the first two-year CBCS-based M.A. Education Programme offered by CDOE and the students receiving their mark sheets constituted the department’s first passing-out batch under the CBCS framework.

 

Faculty members, including Prof. Anju Thappa, Dr. Anuradha Rani and Dr. Pooja Sharma, along with other staff members, also congratulated the students and wished them success in their future pursuits.

 

During the ceremony, mark sheets were formally distributed among the students. The students expressed their gratitude to the Director, Coordinator, faculty members and staff for their constant guidance, encouragement and support throughout their academic journey.
