JU proposes 3-week crash course in Philosophy for JKAS aspirants

Jammu, May 05: The Department of Philosophy, University of Jammu, proposes to organise a three-week crash course in Philosophy for candidates preparing for the JKAS examination.

In view of the postponement of the JKAS mains examination, now scheduled to commence from 23rd June 2026, the course aims to equip aspirants with a clear understanding of the core concepts and inner dynamics of Philosophy, with a special focus on Ethics, Integrity, and Aptitude.

The classes will begin on 12th May 2026 and will be held daily from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM in the Department of Philosophy, University of Jammu.

There is no fee for attending the course. However, regular attendance is compulsory. Admission will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a total intake of 40 seats.
