Jammu University Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Umesh Rai released three books written by Prof. K.L Bhatia that includes Jurisprudence of Experiential Learning Law, Administrative Law: Cases and Material, and COVID-19 Pandemic: Blessing in Disguise in Academic Pursuits. Vice-Chancellor appreciated the efforts of eminent scholar Prof. KL Bhatia and further discussed the contents of the book expressing these books as scholarly and providing quality research-based materials to the students and researchers. On the occasion, Prof K. L Bhatia spoke about the book and explained that his First book Jurisprudence of Experiential Learning Law presents a paradigm shift from legal theory. It is a new lexicon in jurisprudential thoughts. Experiential Learning Law (ELL) should be conceded with new visions in pursuit of legal education with a practicum mission. Prof Bhatia also dwelt in detail about his second book Administrative Law: Cases and Material and further said that through this book attempt has been made to discuss the nuances, what is administrative law. what is the purpose of administrative law? how administrative law does operate in the political system ? in the backdrops of these penetrating, insightful, and incisive questions, administrative law curricula need radical thinking is required. Academic Pursuits highlights the emergence of new constitutionalism in Jammu and Kashmir after the 5th August 2019 parliamentary action present paradigm shift from past tense, Imperfect, and Indefinite state of affairs to the present pleasant and future definite of one nation, one constitution, and one flag.  Pertinent to mention here that Prof. Bhatia is an eminent scholar of international repute having vast national and international exposure including various national and international research projects, DAAD and Max-Planck Fellowship in Germany, etc. Prof K.L Bhatia has been the former Dean of the Faculty of Law, Former HoD Department of Law, and Director, of the Law School, University of Jammu.
