The Directorate of Sports and Physical Education University of Jammu is projecting its Kick Boxing Men Team for the participation in the forthcoming All India Inter-University Kick Boxing Men Team Championship 2021-22 to be organized by the Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya University Ayodhya (UP) from 20th to 23rd April, 2022.

 After tough bouts in the trials conducted by the Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, a total of 17 kickboxers were selected for this upcoming Championship. 14 days Coaching Camp was organized by the Directorate in the close supervision of Mr. Danish Padha (Kick Boxing Coach) and Mr. Harinderpal Singh.

 Dr. Daud Iqbal Baba, Director, Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu interacted with the players and flagged off the Kick Boxing Men Team at University Sports Stadium in the presence of Mr. Abhishek Jain (General Secretary, J&K Kick Boxing Association). The team shall leave for Dr. R.M.L. University Ayodhya (UP) on 18th April, 2022.

Deepak Sharma, Mohd. Arif, DheerajPartap, Naresh Kumar, AmanDubey, Nitin Sharma, Deepak Kumar, SahilChib, Vikas Sharma, AmanBhau, BakshiChanakya, Harsh Dev Singh, Aman Sharma, Arjun Singh Kotwal, Jafar Iqbal, Snehal Sudan and Sahil Ali.

Mr.Danish Padha and Mr. Satyam Khajuria will accompany the team as Coach and Manager respectively.

Prominent among others present on the occasion were Sh. Jai Bharat, Mr. Vikas Karlopia and Sh. Gagan Kumar.
