Programme Outcome
The Programme Outcomes of courses collectively are as follow:

PO1. CRITICAL THINKING
 Students will understand and appreciate arguments that they and other people present.
 They will determine whether or not an argument is deductively valid.
 Students will understand what creative thinking techniques are and comprehend their
importance in tackling global challenges as well as in everyday problem-solving
scenarios.
 Students will learn to apply critical thinking skills to complex problems and will be
able to solve them

PO2. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
 Students develop soft skills; their vocabulary improves and they also realize the
relevance of languages.
 Critical skills of communication-reading, listening and writing improve and polish which
are necessary for academic success in all discipline
 The language skills of a student get improved and uplifts the student from a basic to a
core level.
 We assess our student’s communication skills on both qualitative and quantitative
parameter.
 The language courses understand the learning style, strengths and weakness of the
student and make the study patterns feasible.

PO3. SOCIAL INTERACTION
 Students learn to work in groups as collaborating member and can also lead the teams.
 They will also participate in the delivery of social and public services and voluntary
sector.
 Social interaction improved their learning by enhancing their knowledge of literacy and
teaching and their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
PO4. EFFECTIVE CITIZENSHIP
 The core value of the programmes is to make our students active and engaged citizens.
 Students display their empathetic concerns for society by getting actively involved in
social welfare programmes .
 Students engage in initiatives that encourage equality and welfare for all.

PO5. ETHICS
 The ethical theories influence and motivate the students to be moral and responsible to
the society and environment.
 Students develop the ability to apply ethical principles in decision-making.
 Enables a student to use specific capacities and skills to make moral decisions.
 Articulate the relevant ethical values, principles, rights, and virtues from the point of
view of each stakeholder.
 Able to compare and contrast ethical theories and evaluate them in terms of strengths
and weaknesses.

PO6. SELF-DIRECTED AND LIFE LONG LEARNING
 The post graduate attributes encompass values related to well-being, emotional
stability, critical thinking, social justice and also skills for employability. In other
words each programme prepares students for sustainability and life-long
learning.
 The courses will help students in making an appropriate decisions regarding the
goals that they wish to pursue in further education and life, at large.

PO8. DISCIPLINARY KNOWLEDGE
 Students able to exhibit knowledge of the discipline.
 Understand the importance and judicious use of technology for the sustainable
growth of mankind in synergy with nature.
 These wide range of PG courses are designed to satisfy individual objectives and
interests .
 The Learning Outcome approach has been adopted to strengthen student's

experiences as they engage themselves in the programme of their choice. The PG
Programmes will prepare the students for both, academics as well as employment.

Programme Specific Outcome
This syllabus will enrich the practical knowledge of students along with their
communication skills. This syllabus is most compatible with current contexts and is
employment oriented. Some of the career opportunities that P.G Hindi  can explore are

1) One of the most famous opportunities, people know that is open for Hindi
postgraduates is teaching.
2) The demand for Hindi translators is very high. Students can do a translation diploma
after completing their PG .
3) The students can aim for a government job after completing their higher studies in
Hindi. P.G Hindi  can easily make a career in the government sector.
4) It has career prospects for a student who has completed his/her career in Hindi. The
job of a journalist is to connect with the masses and provide them with an unbiased and
a higher degree in Hindi will serve the purpose effectively.
5) There are several other career prospects for a Hindi post graduate like publishing
industry, Training and research, Advertising and marketing, HR/Administrative jobs in
Public and Private sectors, hospitality industry,Tourist Guide,Print and Electronic Media.  

6) Also, this syllabus helps in making awareness and acknowledge the complex relation
between society and language, so that the students can connect themselves to the
changing dimension of the society, nation and world.
7)) Students also pursue M.Phil and Ph.D.
