One such significant concept was his 'Philosophy of Integral Humanism with central theme humanity and all the animate and inanimate nature is full of infinite diversity, it has got a common Atma i.e. Ethos or soul. The diversity is only superficial and the common Atma makes naturally all the entities or things cooperative and complementary. This is expressed by the word- Ekatmata.

Pt. DeenDayal Ji has given two objectives: 1. Employment for every individual and 2. Increasing the level and standard of living balances the needs of every individual. So the Government has initiated programmes like Atamnirbhar Bharat, Skill Development, DDU-GYK etc. Talking about Integral Humanism Pandit Ji focussed on economic and social democracy and freedom; dignified life for every human being; harmony, the primacy of cultural-national values and discipline also.
